I offer clients my expertise, creative problem-solving, and dedication, coupled with a commitment to clear and honest communication.

Through leadership roles in sales, business development, and general management, I've guided companies to exceed their financial and brand equity goals in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. I'm an agile, driven, pragmatic and creative team player with broad cross-functional experience and a proven track record of success.
As a finance, supply chain, and marketing-savvy professional, I can develop big-picture strategies while also getting my hands dirty. My international experience includes working in South Africa and starting a business in Chile, where I lived for twelve years. I’ve managed the international expansion of several industry-leading brands. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
I live in Bend, Oregon, with my wonderful wife, two dogs, and a houseful of children. Outside of international business, I enjoy travel, reading, snow sports, and all the recreational opportunities Central Oregon has to offer.

Led international growth strategy for Hydro Flask, OXO, and Osprey (post-acquisition) brands. Appointed 20+ distributors across APAC and Latin America, achieving 22% average annual growth and $40m in annual sales.
Developed and executed a global expansion plan for this performance dog gear manufacturer, growing export sales by 40% annually to 22% of total volume. As a one-man show, I managed 15 distributors across 45 countries by building strong internal and external relationships, and cross-functional processes.
Led Chile's largest industrial waste management company (150 employees) through ISO 9000 and 14000 certifications. Increased sales from $17m to $22m over three years. Built a new treatment facility for mining and other waste in the northern region.
Rose from sales manager to GM, doubling sales to $16m and returning the company to profitability. Oversaw a $3m CapEx project, increasing manufacturing capacity by 30% and reducing costs by 18%.
Bootstrapped two-man startup into a thriving business that today has three divisions and over 100 employees. Provided market-entry support to more than 250 US and European companies.
